At our agency, we are committed to providing professional and caring services to Lidcombe area clients. We are committed to providing the best possible level of care to every client, which is tailored to meet their individual needs and preferences. We understand that every individual is unique, and we work with clients and their families to establish a personalized care plan that provides the support and services required to maintain independence, improve the quality of life, and enhance overall wellness.
As a state-licensed home care agency, we are committed to delivering services that preserve dignity, respect, and autonomy in the comfort and privacy of your own home. If the requirement is an acute and brief one arising out of hospital discharge or an ongoing and chronic one in connection with other health complications, our trained staff are ready to provide assistance. We have a range of services to suit all conditions and all ages, from the aged to the disabled or with complicated health concerns.
Our goal is to enhance the lives of our cared-for individuals by providing daily routines, companionship, and comfort and safety in their own homes. We strive to build sound working relations with our clients and their families to provide a culture of trust, one that enables them to access their needed care without having to relocate out of their own homes.
We provide Lidcombe homecare services to individuals requiring assistance with activities in their daily lives but desire to remain within their own homes and the comfort and safety that comes with it. With the multicultural community, there is diversity in the needs for care, and our Lidcombe homecare services are designed to suit them. Our purpose is to bring quality into individuals’ lives, especially the aged, disabled, or anyone recuperating from an illness or a procedure.
Our Lidcombe home care is personalized to address individual needs and preferences. Personal care, housekeeping, or simply companionship – we make everyday living easier and more enjoyable. Our caregivers are skilled to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and mobility.
In addition to these, we provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transport. Aside from these, we provide nursing care, medication, and rehabilitation support to individuals with chronic diseases or long-term medical needs. Our goal is to ensure all people in Lidcombe, regardless of what their particular caring needs may be, are able to maintain their independence and enjoy a full and meaningful life.
We understand the particular needs of the local Lidcombe community, and we strive to provide culturally sensitive and empathetic care that is sensitive to the values of the individuals we support. Irrespective of being situated in Western, Eastern, Southern, or North Lidcombe, we are present to make home care more accessible, flexible, and tailored to your needs.
Selecting the most appropriate home care provider is a multifaceted decision. There are many considerations to take into account, such as the level of care you need, the qualifications and expertise of the caring staff, and whether they are empathetic and can cater to your needs. What you require is a specialist who is acquainted with your own situation and committed to helping you continue to lead an independent and active life.
When selecting a home care agency, it is worth choosing one that offers individually tailored care plans to suit your individual needs. One-size-fits-all home care is rarely suitable. The best agency will spend time learning your routines, your preferences, and what you do every day, and will work with you to develop a care plan that addresses your individual needs.
In addition, you want to look at a provider that has skilled, compassionate, and qualified staff that will be in a position to offer you the right level of care and support you require. Opt for a registered provider, as they will have achieved standards of care and will possess necessary insurance and licensing.
Lastly, it’s worth choosing a supplier that will be able to give you the flexibility you need. Care needs may change over time, and a good supplier will be able to modify your care plan as appropriate, either to give you more or less care. They should also be able to deliver the care that you need, if that is a few hours a week or more extensive care.
We are:
We understand needs vary, and we provide adaptable services that can be modified to change as your needs change. Short-term post-operative or long-term activities of daily living – we can design an arrangement to fit your lifestyle.

We are highly proud to have carers working within our organization that have consistently shown exceptional levels of professionalism, commitment, and understanding. All our staff are thoroughly chosen based on their level of experience, their qualifications, and their commitment to providing high standards of care to individuals in their own homes.
Our carers working in the home are not just employees but part of your own household, delivering your loved one’s one-to-one, individualized care that is sensitive to their needs and preferences. We understand how important it is to have a carer whom you feel is reliable, so we make great efforts to thoroughly screen all our carers, including police checks and reference checks. In doing so, we can assure that they not only meet industry standards but our own standards as well, including kindness, honesty, and respect for individuals’ privacy.
Our carers are all professionally trained in palliative, dementia, and personal care, to mention but a few. We continuously update our carers with industry best practices and train them regularly to ensure they provide top-notch care. Our carers will put together a personalized care plan to suit your needs, be it helping you with daily activities, managing your medication, or ensuring you have the support you need to mobilize.
We know that every individual is different and provide a flexible service to suit their needs. If you need a daily visit or care a few times a week, we have an available team to assist you. Our carers not only assist you with your personal care, but they are also available to offer companionship to enable you to enjoy each day from the comfort of your own home.
Our carers understand how important it is to establish a caring, understanding rapport with all their clients. They work to establish a rapport so that you or your loved one will feel comfortable and safe in the knowledge that their best interests are being met. This emotional connection enhances the quality of our caring, and as a result, our clients have better health.
There are several sources of funding to help ensure you or your relatives receive the help they need in their own homes, private or government-sponsored. We can guide you through what is available and find the most appropriate one to suit your situation.
Government Funded:
Home Care Packages
Home Care Packages are intended to help older Australians who require care to remain in their own homes. They are subsidized by the government and provide funds to cover a range of services based on your needs. They may include personal, domestic, nursing, and allied health care. Home Care Packages come in four levels (Level 1 to Level 4) and are determined by the amount of care you need.
You must have an assessment by My Aged Care before you can be eligible to have a Home Care Package. You will be offered a package if you are approved and are able to choose a registered provider, such as ourselves, to deliver your care. The money is used to fund the services you need, and you can choose and pick and choose from a range of choices to suit your needs and your own preferences. We work with you to develop a care plan that is suitable for your personal needs and your own preferences.
NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme is a government-run scheme that provides assistance to disabled individuals. The NDIS makes payments to eligible participants to help them lead an independent lifestyle and be an active community member. The funding can be used to provide an individual with a variety of services including personal care, therapy, transport, and daily living assistance.
The first step to obtain NDIS funding is to be found eligible by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). If you are eligible, we help you have an individualised plan created which will determine the support you will have to help you to live as independently as possible. We guide our customers through the NDIS process, from creating the care plan to ensuring services given are in line with the NDIS goals.
Non-Government Fund
Private Home Care
Or, if you do not qualify for government-provided care or prefer to have a more flexible arrangement, private home care is an excellent choice. Private home care allows you to receive the care you desire without being hamstrung by government-sponsored restrictions. It is a more individualized solution, where you find it personally without utilizing government funding.
Private home care is appropriate for individuals requiring a mix of services ranging from personal care to companionship and respite care but are not eligible for Home Care Packages or the NDIS. More freedom and flexibility regarding the type and extent of care hours is available in private care.
No matter if you may only require help on an ad hoc, temporary, or ongoing basis, private home care is an individual solution with no waiting lists or assessments to complete. The care is personalized to suit your own individual needs, so you receive help in the way you prefer, at the times you prefer.
If you, or someone you love, are exploring home care, the initial step is to find out what sources of funding are available and how they can be used to meet your unique needs. We will walk you through every step to enable you to choose the most suitable form of care.
