SIL (Supported Independent Living)
SIL enables you to live in home or shared accommodation independently. MTA (Medium Term Accommodation)
MTA is a great option for those in need of short-term accommodation until one is provided permanent accommodation. The accommodation is also adaptable in that it provides you a secure and cozy place to stay until you move to more established accommodation. With us, you get all support you require to be highly supported and comforted during stay, such as support in day-to-day living skills and use of the community.
STA (Short Term Accommodation)
Short-term accommodation is perfect for short-term care for a number of reasons such as a break, health requirements, or other short-term requirements. We provide excellent STA accommodation that takes care of you in comfort throughout short stay. We provide caregivers to manage day-to-day living requirements, personal requirements, and social outings to make you feel home during stay. STA is a wonderful option to take a break or to get a little more support you require during a short-term adjustment.
Respite
Respite gives relatives and carers a chance to take a break in the knowledge that their relative is in professional care receiving all of their required care. We provide accommodating respite, between a short stay to a stay of a week or more, so you and relatives can take a rest and take time to take care of their health. - Learning Social Skills: We assist in learning and acquiring social skills. With one-on-one interaction or in a group, we give participants a place to apply social interaction, working in a team, and forming relationships.
- Group Activity with Housemates: We provide group activities in the home. The activities promote socialization, belonging, and enable participants to relate positively to other people.
- Preparation of Healthy and Tasty Food: We assist participants in preparing meals to enable participants to enjoy healthy food and tasty food. The support is to meal preparation, food shopping, and support in preparing meals, in addition to healthy food.
- Implementing Behaviour Support Plans: Staff use behaviour support plans to assist participants with challenging behaviour. The support is tailored to each participant’s needs to get good results and their improvement in terms of their quality of life.
- Support to Attend Medical Appointments: We provide transport to medical consultations to allow participants to attend consultations safely and receive treatment that they require. With our support, it is convenient to attend consultations and receive medical treatment.
- Home Supervision, Personal Safety, and Security Support: We provide home supervision and support to assist participants’ safety and security in their home and in the community. The support is in safety checks and responding to safety needs, providing comfort to family members.
- Support to Board a Bus in Your Community: For participants to be independent in going out in their neighbourhood or to their appointment, transport use support is offered. This gives participants a feeling of self-confidence in independent travelling.
- Budget Support in the Home and Your Money: Staff support participants in managing money, budget in home, and making payments of bills. This is one of financial freedom’s key components and enabling participants to manage financially.

- Organising Household Roster and Activity: Staff assist in maintaining home routines and activity lists, arranging work to be done in home in a logical sequence for each day. This approach to planning brings routines and structure to day to day living, making it easy and convenient.
