NDIS Housing Alkimos
At our Alkimos location, we offer a wide array of accommodation and support options with NDIS finance. Our accommodations are designed with the purpose of providing you with the choices, independence, and care in order to live life in your home. - SIL (Supported Independent Living): Our SIL program is suitable for clients who need daily life care but prefer a high degree of autonomy. Our trained care managers are available on a 24-hour, 7-day basis and are there to assist with personal care, supervision with medication, house cleaning, and other daily chores without removing the ability for high level independence.
- MTA (Medium Term Accommodation): MTA provides medium-short accommodation to clients waiting on longer-term accommodation or waiting for vacant accommodation. In waiting on a permanent SIL placement or respite care on a provisional basis, MTA acquires a secure and productive space while in transition.
- STA (Short Term Accommodation): Short Term Accommodation is available for anyone who would appreciate care and support on a short-term basis, such as a weekend visit, a respite visit in order to relieve regular carers, or a brief illness or post-operative recuperation. We are able to offer a welcoming and comfortable home where you are free to relax, enjoy interesting experiences, and receive the care and support available.
