NDIS Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)
Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) best suits individuals who are in need of housing for the transition period towards more stable, more lasting housing, or for individuals who are awaiting their eventual solution. With its limited reprieve from the burden of waiting, its provision of comfortable, safe housing with supports still in force, our Berala’s MTA homes are equipped with everything participants need for them to be comfortable for this transition period.
NDIS Short Term Accommodation (STA)/Respite Care
Short Term Accommodation (STA) or Respite, provides participants and their carers and families with a short-term break from caregiving. A holiday, a weekend away, or even regular respite, STA provides participants with a comfortable and safe environment. We want participants to experience the degree of care and support they require, giving their families and carers a break and a period of restoration.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for individuals with extreme functional limitations and very high needs. Our SDA housing in Berala has been created with the infrastructure necessary, such as wheelchair access, hoist systems, and other adapting systems, for individuals with complex needs. Specialist Disability Accommodation in Berala

Berala’s Robust Housing homes are also designed for people with complex and challenging behavior, with safety and resilience being their main provision.
Accessible Accommodation

The homes are designed with accessibility for everyone, such as wider doorway widths, lower counters, and brighter lighting, for individuals with disabilities of mobility or individuals with needs for senses, for them to be able to access their homes with more freedom. The homes are also supplied with what individuals with disabilities require for them to live independently.
Improved Livability
Improved Livability housing accommodates people with disabilities with the goal of realizing their optimal quality of life. The housing addresses the individual needs of residents, such as their senses, vision, and mobility requirements. The housing has personalized accessibility such as tactile floors, vision appliances, and senses spaces. The safety, comfort, and supportive environment of the residents are ensured.
