As a state-licensed home care agency, we are dedicated to providing services that maintain dignity, respect, and independence in the comfort and privacy of your own home. We offer a range of services to suit all conditions and all ages, whether elderly or disabled or with complicated health conditions.
Our aim is to improve our cared-for persons’ lives by providing them with routines of daily living, companionship, and comfort and safety within their own homes. We seek to establish good working relationships with our clients and their families so that we can offer a culture of trust, which will allow them to receive their required care without having to move from their own homes.
We offer Spring Hill home care to those who need help with tasks in their lives but want to stay within their own homes and the comfort and security that they get. Due to the multicultural background of society, there is diversity in the requirements for care, and our Spring Hill homecare services are aimed at meeting them. Our aim is to add quality to people’s lives, particularly the disabled, elderly, or any person recovering from a disease or surgery.
Our Spring Hill home care is crafted to suit personal needs and wants. Personal care, domestic duties, or just someone to share time with – we make life easier and more enjoyable every day. Our carers are trained to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, medication, and mobility.
Along with these, we will offer light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation. Along with these, we offer nursing care, medication, and rehabilitation for those who have chronic conditions or ongoing medical requirements. We wish for all individuals in Spring Hill, regardless of their individual caring requirements, to be in a position to preserve autonomy and live a full and fulfilling life.
We know the specific needs of the local Spring Hill community, and we work to deliver culturally appropriate and compassionate care that is value-sensitive to the people we support. Regardless of whether you are in Western, Eastern, Southern, or North Spring Hill, we are dedicated to making home care more available, flexible, and personalized to your requirements.
Choosing the most suitable home caregiver is not an easy decision. There are just so many things to consider, including the kind of care you require, the qualifications and experience of the caring personnel, and whether they are compassionate and able to meet your requirements. What you need is someone who is professional and familiar with your own circumstances and dedicated to enabling you to continue living an independent and active life.
When you are choosing a home care agency, it is worth opting for an agency that will provide you with a personally tailored care plan to meet your specific needs. One-size-fits-all home care is not generally appropriate. The ideal agency will take the time to learn about your routines, your hobbies, and what you do every day, and will work with you to develop a care plan that meets your unique needs.
In addition, you want to look for a provider that has qualified, compassionate, and experienced staff who will be capable of offering you the right level of care and support you require. Opt for a registered provider, as this will ensure they will have achieved standards of care and will have necessary insurance and licensing.
Finally, it is also best to select a supplier who will be in a position to provide you with the flexibility that you require. Care needs can alter over time, and a good supplier will be in a position to make changes to your care plan where this is necessary, either to provide you with more or less care. They should also be capable of providing the care that you require, whether this is a few hours a week or more comprehensive care.

All our carers are professionally trained in palliative, dementia, and personal care, just to name a few. We keep our carers abreast with best practices in the industry and train them continuously so that they can deliver the highest level of care. Our carers will design a personal care plan to meet your requirements, be it assisting you with daily living, administering your medication, or mobilizing the support that you require.
We understand that each person is unique and offer a tailored service to meet their requirements. Whether you require visiting your carer on a daily basis or care on several days a week, we have the staff to help. Our carers not only help you with your personal care, but they are also there to provide companionship so that you can make the most of each day in the comfort of your own home.
Our carers understand how vital it is to build a caring, sympathetic relationship with all their clients. They strive to build a relationship so that you or your loved one will feel at ease and secure in the knowledge that their best interests are being looked after. This emotional bond enhances the quality of our caring, and subsequently, our clients enjoy better health.
There are a number of sources of financial assistance to enable you to receive or provide the care your loved ones require in their own personal or government-sponsored residence. We can walk you through what’s available and determine the most suitable for your circumstances.
Home Care Packages
Home Care Packages are designed to assist older Australians in need of care to stay at home. They are government subsidized and offer funds to pay for a variety of services according to your needs. They can fund personal, domestic, nursing, and allied health care. Home Care Packages are available in four levels (Level 1 to Level 4) and are based on how much care you need.
You need to have an assessment by My Aged Care to be eligible to receive a Home Care Package. If you are approved, you will be allocated a package and can select a registered provider, like us, to deliver your care. The money is spent on the care you need, and you have the option of choosing and picking and cherry-picking between a range of different things to suit your requirements and your own preferences. We help you develop a care plan that will be right for your specific needs and your own preferences.
NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme is a federal government scheme to assist people with disabilities. The NDIS provides funding to the eligible participants in order to enable them to live independently and become part of society. The funds can be utilized to enable a person to receive different services such as care, therapy, transport, and assistance in daily life.
The initial process to receive NDIS funding is to be assessed eligible by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). Once you become eligible, we assist you in having an individualised plan drawn up that will describe the support you will receive to assist in living independently as much as possible. We take our clients through the NDIS process, ranging from the development of the care plan to making sure services provided are aligned with the NDIS goals.
Private Home Care
Or, if you are not eligible for government-subsidized care or would like to have a more free-and-easy arrangement, private home care is a very viable option. Private home care enables you to receive the care you want without being restricted by government-subsidized limitations. It is more of a customized arrangement, where you receive it on an individual basis without utilizing government subsidy.
Private home care is suitable for those who need varying levels of service from personal care through to companionship and respite care but do not qualify for Home Care Packages or the NDIS. Private care provides greater freedom and flexibility in the quantum and variety of care hours.
Regardless of whether you might only need assistance on an ad hoc, short-term, or continuous basis, private home care is a personal solution with no waiting lists or forms to fill in. The care is tailored to meet your own specific special needs, so you get assistance how you like it, when you like it.
If you, or someone you love, are exploring home care, the initial step is to find out what sources of funding are available and how they can be used to meet your unique needs. We will walk you through every step to enable you to choose the most suitable form of care.
