As a licensed provider for Supported Independent Living (SIL), we provide different assistance in achieving independence and personal advancement. SIL (Supported Independent Living)
Supported Independent Living (SIL) gives independence at home while receiving daily functioning assistance as and when required. Support Independent Living programs in Leumeah have flexibility for ensuring independence in home while receiving assistance as and when required. The assistance may be in personal care, preparation of meals, medication routine, or domestic chores but still be independent at a high level.

MTA (Medium-Term Accommodation)
Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA) is a short residential home for clients who need short residential accommodation while awaiting longer residential plans. MTA provides residents with home-like conditions while receiving assistance and accessing available programs and available assistance in making a smooth transition.
In Leumeah, we have quality and available accommodation for clients who require medium-term support. MTA is a service we provide for clients who require time to build core skills and be supported while moving towards longer-term accommodation or back to circumstances in the community. Each client is dedicated to being supported at this stage and being as best equipped as possible for moving on to the next level in accommodation.
STA (Short-Term Accommodation)
Short-Term Accommodation (STA) is short-term disabled client care and assistance for clients who require a short time in a secure and properly equipped space. STA is for days or for weeks for meeting a host of different needs such as family break, crisis accommodation, or milieu shift.
Our STA service in Leumeah gives residents a secure and comfortable home and opportunities for core care, leisure time, and assistance on a full-time basis. The service gives time out for family and carers while offering residents a supportive and active experience.
Respite
Respite services are provided for clients who need a short break in regular daily care and offer relief for family members or regular family-based or centre-based carers. From sorting clothes to making supermarket lists or clearing away, we provide assistance and advice in making a tidy and comfortable home.
- Learning Social Skills: Social interaction is key to good emotional health, and we offer assistance in order for clients to form good social relationships. Staff involves clients in communal activities, engages them in dialogue with housemates, and introduces them to society. - Grouping up with roommates: We create a communal area in holding events and events amongst roommates.
