MTA (Medium Term Accommodation)
Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) is suitable for someone waiting for longer accommodation or for transitions in his or her NDIS plan. MTA is suitable for someone who is needing a short- or medium-terms home in which he or she is able to receive assistance in a secure and comfortable home. The service is flexible and gives short- and medium-terms accommodation for as long as required for your situation as you move towards achieving a longer-term outcome. As a resident, you will be able to receive individual assistance at the same level as we offer in all our accommodation programs, making experience in MTA comfortable and enjoyable.
STA (Short Term Accommodation)
Short Term Accommodation (STA) provides short relief in a supportive environment, relief from routine or supporting while moving between modes of care. STA can be a short break or for someone who is in need while doing things away from home, for holiday or family visits. STA in the Sutherland area provides a comfortable and supportive place in which to have some time away while being assured that your support is in good hands.
Respite
Respite care is as much for disabled clients as for family members. Providing much-needed relief for carers and improved quality care for you, our short break for a short while, a day, or longer is available. - Preparing and cooking healthy and appetizing meals: We provide assistance in preparation for groceries and meals and cooking balanced meals. The program involves training for independent meal preparation, offering diet recommendations, and making sure meals are suitable for eating tastes or for health reasons.
- Actioning behaviour plans for supports: We have trained staff who work hand in hand with behaviour support specialists in implementing individual behaviour plans for problematic behaviour.
