We believe each person is unique, each person his/her own goal, preferences, and needs. For this reason, we have individualized support in living your best, inclusive, and independent living.

Our care is focused on keeping you independent, yet have a support system in place, a trained set of caregivers who is just a call away whenever needed.

SIL (Supported Independent Living)
Our SIL services are designed to provide you with the support you need to live as independently as possible. We help you with tasks like personal care, meal preparation, and managing your day-to-day routines. Our team is available around the clock to assist you with anything you need, ensuring you can live confidently and securely in your home.
MTA (Medium-Term Accommodation)
We offer short-stay MTA care, ideal when in transition, between homes, when short-term accommodations can serve as a location in which arrangements can be made for permanent living and care. Our MTA is short-stay accommodations in which care is continued, so there is security and stability in transition.
STA (Short-Term Accommodation)
If you’re in a situation where short-term care is needed in which to experience a new living environment, find respite, or focus on specific goals, we have just the solution in our STA programs. Our short stays ideal for clients who need short-term accommodations in which to rejuvenate, address specific skills, or transition to permanent living.
Respite
Respite care is a great respite for your carers, and for your family, too. If it is a short visit so your own welfare can have time, or a respite from your daily routine, we have respite care facilities for your welfare so your carers can have a well deserved respite, too.
Our SIL NDIS Services Include
Our goal is to provide exceptional, individualized care for residents of the Blue Mountains. We respect each individual is different, and being a registered SIL provider, we have an array of care options so your freedom of living is maintained and all support is given. Some of the major care options we give under our program of Supported Living are set out below.
- Help with everyday living, such as bathing and dressing: Our team is here for your personal hygiene and personal care so you can live daily in confidence and in comfort. We respect your dignity and your individuality, all while being there for support.
- 24/7 support for complex care needs: For individuals who require round-the-clock care, our 24/7 support ensures that you are always safe, well cared for, and supported in your home. Whether it’s during the day or night, our dedicated staff will be there to assist with your needs.
- Assistance with getting in and getting out of bed: We offer support for transfers, for example, between stand and wheelchair, between stand and bed, or other movements. We exercise great care when making these movements, using appropriate methods and equipment.
- Medication management: Our team reminds you when it is time for your medications as directed, monitoring dosing, scheduling, and refills. We coordinate communication among medical caregivers so your care plan is handled in a timely manner.
- Building daily living skills via training: Whether it’s doing your personal chores in your home, learning personal new skills, we guide and teach you in making your daily routines more independent. We have personal goal programs for your personal goals.
- Assistance with everyday chores, such as grocery shopping or doing the wash: Our support includes daily chores such as doing your laundry, grocery shopping, dusting, and keeping your living space tidy. We can help make your home organized, cozy, and well-groomed.
- Learning social skills: We offer social skills so that you can learn about relating, being part of group settings, and developing healthy relationships. Socialising is a part of your wellbeing, and we promote community events and group events.
- Group activities for roommates: Being part of a group and engaging in group activities is part of living. We help in planning and organization of group activities among your roommates, instil co-operation, team spirit, and enjoyment.
- Preparing and preparing healthy, healthy meals: We assist in meal planning, meal preparing, and meal preparing. We work together in meal planning based on your requirements so that healthy meals can be consumed, and your cuisine can be discovered.

- Help to plan your household budget and finances: Managing money and budgeting is challenging, but we can sort your finances, create objectives, and monitor spending, so that you have your situation under your command.
- Planning social events, you enjoy: We assist in planning and partaking in activities of your preference, such as taking part in events in your community, partaking in your interests, or spending time among your relatives and your friends.
- Organizing household events and scheduling: We can help plan a daily domestic routine, so everything is in its place. We can help assign chores, plan group events, and keep your days busy and organized.
What is Supported IndependentLiving?
Supported Independent Living, abbreviated as SIL, is a support program under which a disabled person can live in his/her own home in a highly independent manner, being assisted in all his/her daily living requirements, such as personal care, domestic duties, and integration in community, in a style which is directed in keeping his/her wishes and desires in mind.
SIL is part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, and its goal is to give greater freedom to a person who is living with a disability so a person can live a more active, community, and integrated life.
